kanko has a good location, just a short walk to the metro and galleries. the breakfast buffet at cafe sud is fantastic! we really enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks for the kids. the staff were attentive, making our stay even better.

We spent 6 nights in an Espacio King Room and loved the free access to the lounge, especially the morning coffee. Staff responsiveness could improve as check-in was slow, and we had issues with insects in the room. Future guests should ask about bug prevention before arrival.

Woke up to a delightful view of Nagoya city. The staff’s attentiveness made everything feel special. The spacious room and stunning decor truly exceeded my expectations!

However, I was disappointed that the gym required a special key from reception, which was a bit inconvenient during my busy schedule.
